By accessing or using ClipCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipCraft is a web-based SaaS tool designed for VTuber content creators. It provides AI-powered Japanese subtitle generation, Japanese-to-English translation, live chat highlight detection, and AI-generated YouTube titles and descriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content you do not have the right to use
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious files or content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the content policies of any relevant VTuber agencies or creators.

6. Subscription and Payment

ClipCraft offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClipCraft and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you upload remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
